The AltiServ2™ IP telephone systems
are a comprehensive scalable IP phone system targeted
at 25 to 200 users. For single and multi-site businesses,
the AltiServ2 IP is a highly scalable telephone system
that supports growth up to 200 users per chassis. The
AltiServ2 IP allows continued expansion by networking
of multiple local and remote chassis.
This system offers a complete state of
the art IP telephone system that delivers powerful,
easy to use features that maximize employee productivity.
AltiServ system standard features include unlimited
voice mail, automated attendants, an integrated contact
center, easy self administration and call detail reporting
and advanced employee productivity tools including “follow
me”, one-number access and Zoomerang® automatic
call back from voice mail, as well as comprehensive
call detail reporting.
For single and multi-site businesses,
the AltiServ2 IP systems offer small to mid sized businesses
and branch offices a complete state of the art IP telephone
system. Standard features such as packet switching,
automated attendants, superior voice mail, including
one-number access “follow me”, and Zoomerang®
one button call back from voice mail, as well as NAT,
VPN, DHCP and H.323 support. Advanced call routing and
caller information delivery maximizes the calling experience
and enhances the relationship with customers.
