The MaxCS application server delivers a complete business communications solution, and includes integrated ACD, Call Recording, Call Reporting, Audio Conferencing, and Voicemail . Instead of requiring separate hardware boxes and OEM components, MaxCS applications are pre-integrated, enabling features and applications to be turned on for a single user or group of users quickly and easily. All applications are set up and administered from a single MaxAdmin management console, which reduces deployment time while greatly simplifying management and administration.
