EXTENDS BUSINESS FEATURES TO SMART PHONE DEVICES

Not only does MaxMobile extend a complete set of business PBX functionality to smart phone devices, often eliminating the need for a separate desktop phone. When users log in to MaxMobile, the smart phone is registered as the “business” PBX extension. All inbound business calls are routed through the PBX (so employees don’t have to publish their mobile phone numbers). Outbound calls can be routed through the PBX (in accordance with corporate policies) or directly through the cellular network. MaxMobile provides a multitude of user productivity tools, all presented in an integrated suite of applications specifically designed for each different smart phone platform. Better yet, the rich set of MaxMobile features exceeds the capabilities of current business PBX phone systems. Management is a snap as MaxMobile is easily downloaded and updated via the smart phone vendor’s app store. Home ScreenProvides a simple one touch login to activate the mobile phone as the business PBX extension, to access the MaxMobile applications and provide single number access for both incoming and outgoing calls. Call Management ScreenProvides PBX features such as extension dialing, click to dial, multiparty conference, transfer, hold (with music), call recording and more. Real Time DirectoryDisplays both company and personal contacts. Company contacts are maintained on and pushed from the MaxMobile Server, displaying contact name, extension and real time status. Personal contacts, stored on the mobile phone, are also integrated into the directory. FavoritesAny contact can be made a "favorite" with the added feature for company contacts real time presence display ("On the phone", "Available", etc), and click to call. Call HistoryVisually displays both PBX and MaxMobile phone call history in a single integrated view, including call direction(inbound/outbound), time/date and caller ID – with click to call. Visual VoicemailView, listen, forward, delete business voicemails – without having to call your company’s voicemail system. |
