Contact Center (ACC)
AltiServ Contact Center (ACC) is a
powerful add-on contact center software module for AltiServ
IP-PBX systems. ACC provides advanced Automatic Call
Distribution, desktop PC client interfaces for agents
and supervisors, enhanced call routing, call distribution
and detailed workgroup statistical reporting for small
contact centers. ACC is an easy to manage yet powerful
integrated contact center solution for service, support,
help desk and sales departments in an AltiGen AltiServ
IP-PBX environment.
AltiContact™
Manager (ACM)
ACM is AltiGen’s powerful new
turnkey, hardware/software multi-channel IP Contact
Center platform targeted at the small to midsize contact
center market of 12-500 agents. Each ACM chassis will
support up to 128 active agents with up to 500 active
agents in multiple chassis or distributed implementation.
ACM is a complete call center platform designed to increase
overall productivity for system administrators and contact
center organizations. ACM is targeted at contact centers
responsible for catalog operations, manufacturing customer
service/telesales groups, and financial organizations
such as mortgage companies, debt consolidators, etc
with heavy inbound, outbound or blended call traffic.
