Hosted PBX (H-PBX)
AltiServ
H-PBX is the first affordable Hosted IP-PBX for
multi-tenant organizations supporting up to 99 separate
organizations and 400 users per AltiServ system server.
AltiServ H-PBX is an overlay software application applied
to 4.6 and later versions of AltiWare™ OE. AltiServ
H-PBX is modular allowing larger MultiTenant organizations
or installations to add multiple AltiServ H-PBXs servers
as needed to accommodate growth.

AltiServ H-PBX provides the benefits
of an IP-PBX with each tenant partition functioning
like an independent PBX with its own auto attendant,
directory service, operator, business hours, holiday
profile, hunt groups, and voice mail. For businesses
with contact centers or call center needs, the AltiServ
Contact Center (ACC) is a comprehensive call center
module option designed to enhance the offering for the
individual tenants. With this AltiServ™ Contact
Center option, integrated contact center solutions can
be provided to the multiple individual tenants sharing
a facility. Each tenant can have departments, workgroups
or extensions with call queuing, ACD call distribution,
custom agent and supervisor software, real-time and
historical reporting, and silent monitor or barge-in
capability.
The AltiServ™ H-PBX saves businesses money by
allowing tenants to share the investment and support
overhead of premise based equipment. This makes the
power and flexibility of the AltiServ IP-PBX solutions
more affordable than ever. Clients can be in the same
building, different buildings, remote locations or a
combination of geographical configurations. Tenant organizations
or companies can be as small as one and as large as
400 working off the same system. All company sizes will
benefit from the powerful, productive and easy to use
feature set. The combination of services offered can
be different for each tenant company.
