The AltiServ Office III is our high-capacity
IP-PBX business telephone system that integrates the voice
and data communications of telephones, voice mail, e-mail,
work groups, and both local and remote IP calling into
one system.
Targeted for 24 to 300 users - The AltiServ
Office III is a highly scalable IP phone system that supports
growth up to 300 users per chassis and the ability
to continue expanding by networking multiple local and
remote systems. For single and multi-site businesses,
the AltiServ Office III offers a better alternative to
the traditional approach of constructing a telephone system
or contact center by integrating multiple systems. Until
now, businesses were required to purchase an entirely
separate system for capabilities such as advanced routing,
centralized call recording, IVR, or telephony integration
with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
With AltiWare version 5.0, these features are now included
with every AltiServ Office III system, and through affordable
licensing, customers can simply turn on select capabilities
and functions as needed. The outdated multi-system approach
was complex to deploy, difficult to manage and expensive.
With AltiWare 5.0, this flexible and modular feature licensing
offers a reduced up-front investment and allows businesses
to add capabilities on a per-feature or per-user basis.
